1. Appointment Scheduling:
- Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to ensure availability.
- Walk-in appointments are welcome, subject to availability.
- Clients who arrive late may have their appointment time reduced to accommodate other scheduled appointments.
- In the event of significant lateness, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
- The salon adheres to strict hygiene and sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards.
- All equipment and tools are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use.
- Clients may request a specific nail technician, subject to availability.
- Every effort will be made to accommodate such requests; however, it is not guaranteed.
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.
- To ensure a relaxing environment for all clients, we kindly request that children not receiving services remain under adult supervision at all times.
- We strive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. If for any reason a client is unsatisfied with their service, we encourage them to communicate their concerns to the salon manager.
- The salon is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
- Client information, including personal details and service history, will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
- Personal data will be stored securely and only accessible by authorized personnel.
- We do not share client information with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
- Clients have the right to access their personal information and request corrections if needed.
- Any feedback or concerns regarding privacy practices can be directed to the salon manager.
- For the safety and comfort of all clients, outside food and beverages are not permitted within the salon premises.
- Clients with known allergies are requested to inform salon staff prior to their appointment to ensure appropriate measures can be taken.
- The salon cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, but we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate clients with allergies.
- The salon implements necessary safety protocols to protect the health and wellbeing of clients and staff. This includes wearing masks, regular sanitization, and social distancing measures as required by local health authorities.
- We welcome feedback and suggestions from clients to help improve our services. Clients may provide feedback directly to salon management or through our online feedback form.
- Salon hours of operation are Monday – Thursday (10am – 8pm) Friday – Saturday (9am – 8pm) and Sunday (10am – 5pm). These hours are subject to change based on seasonal demand and other factors.
- The salon reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for reasons including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or inability to comply with salon policies.
- If a client is dissatisfied with their service, they should inform the salon manager immediately.
- Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
- In some cases, we may offer to redo the service instead of providing a refund.
- Refunds are given in the form of gift cards/store credit only
- Products purchased in the salon can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in their original condition.
- Salon policies may be updated or revised periodically. Clients will be notified of any changes through signage in the salon or on the salon's website.
